BREAKING — US Judge Nicholas Garaufis has ordered the Trump administration to fully restore DACA, instructing DHS to open the Obama-era program to new applicants for the first time since 2017.

They deserve the peace and commitment that comes with citizenship.

Biden is going to do it no matter what, so this is a lobbed participation softball to encourage the outgoing president to do a nice thing. He could sign his big sharpie name in front of the camera and display it proudly and perhaps NOT get the most awful media coverage. "Look at the President doing a thing that needed to be done. Good Job."

Mr. Trump doesn't like doing nice things though, soooo.
