(2,069 posts)Hopefully Warnock can get better at pushing back against loefllers ridiculous buzz words like radical liberal. And Schumers agenda.

(2,069 posts)If I were debating her Id feel so tempted to say something And for those of you at home who are taking a drink every time my opponent says radical liberal or Chuck Schumer, now might be a good time to switch to water. First of all, there is nothing radical about wanting to make sure all Americans have access to healthcare. The United States is the only 1st world country to not have some sort of universal healthcare access for its citizens. If universal healthcare is such a terrible policy, why does Trumps proposal for lowering drug costs involve importing drugs from Canada? A country that has much lower drugs costs precisely because of those policies Ms Loeffler is trying to paint as radical liberal? Also, Id like to point out that I am running to represent the citizens of Georgia, so Ms Loefflers references to Chuck Schumer make me wonder if she is confused as to who she is running for. The people of Georgia? Or Mitch McConnell?

(76,148 posts)Georgia doesn't have TV stations?
Despite the national implications, this is not a national race.
Why would somebody from Illinois (me), or California or Texas care?
There's enough that CNN (international reach) had to cover it?
I doubt it.

(21,615 posts)We Democrats here in Georgia are working to elect Ossoff and Warnock for the benefit of all Democrats in our in our country.

(76,148 posts)I clearly stated I understood the implications, so your reply doesn't begin to answer my query.
I'm glad you're working hard to prevent those two unethical twits from getting back to D.C. but the debate is to sway voters.
There are 320+ million people who have no say in the outcome.
