I think sometimes we should not make big deals about these things. Vets suffer enough with PTSD without people reawakening it on the news. And men who survived battle still die of the wounds years later. My dad carried korean scrapnel the rest of his life. Died at age 65. Not the only one.

We won the war on two fronts, showed our strength , grit and determination as a people.
No crybabies then. Citizens responded out of duty and love of country.

Now we have mask whiners, led by a bonespur bozo. Shameful,

went down on Nagasaki and Hiroshima.

To clarify, my father fought in WWii and Korea, my dad (second husband) fought in Korea. Also one uncle fought in WWii and several other uncles were in Army, Airforce and some were in Vietnam, I think. Hard to keep track of them all.

How many Americans died last Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday and Friday?

I think the death toll was higher each day than 12/7/41

Not to diminish the infamy thing but that is how numb we have become to the COVID death toll
