Rashida Jones will now head up MSNBC. Does this mean we can get rid of Chuck Todd now?

The last two cycles he’s openly cheered for someone who did not get the nomination. The one that I really want to see go is Melber. He’s TERRIBLE.

33. I liked Melber a lot when he was subbing and was glad when

he got his show. Watched him a lot but gradually stopped. He has been disappointing but I'd be fine if he returned to subbing.

He really blew it giving TR a platform without any Fact Checking.. and when people Pushed back he made some stupid gaslighting comment like he's smarter than anyone. No.

Chris is a tool and not a journalist. I also detest him rolling his eyes back while thinking - a TV person on camera should never do that.

I despise hosts who fanboi on tv. It's like they grew up, and now they have a platform to invite all their weird childhood heroes, and they gush like idiots. It's the reason I can't stand to watch Melber anymore. I'm hoping Rashida will do some much needed updating to the lineup.

Here's a little from the NYT's article on Griffin's retirement. And it is very little, nothing about what she believes, but she is obviously a competent business executive. I have trouble believing any new direction will find liberal Chris Hayes too conservative.
