Ivanka and Jared are building a house on an island in Florida

https://pagesix.com/2020/12/07/ivanka-trump-and-jared-kushner-spend-30m-on-miami-land/?fbclid=IwAR256jJS55aG6C9pMhNbhUrQslhNxemhCu4Q-tFIHVYf_ypsHm62aysjEjI

(excerpt)

Ivanka Trump and Jared Kushner have splashed out on a $30 million-plus dollar lot of land on Miami’s uber-swanky and high-security Indian Creek Island — known as the “Billionaire’s Bunker” — Page Six can exclusively reveal.

Ahead of President Trump’s exit from the White House, the couple is busy making plans for life after D.C. and have viewed numerous properties and lots of land in the Miami and Palm Beach area.

The private, guarded and gated Indian Creek Island is also one of the most secure places in Florida, as it boasts a 13-man police force for just 29 residences.

It is believed the couple purchased Lot 4, which was owned by Julio Iglesias, to build a bayfront estate. The sale closes on December 17, we’re told.

We have OJ Simpson and George Zimmerman and countless others here, not to mention Trump himself. There is an issue with him living at Mar-A-Lago though. There was an agreement that no one would stay at the resort more than 19 days per year, but he spent well over 100 days there in 2019. Even though he is supposedly the owner, he signed the agreement that would prevent him from living there. But when did he ever follow the rules?

I think there's some Fla state laws that protect assets from creditors. That seems to draw a "certain element" to the state, and the Trump/Kushners are part of that element.

on this island paradise, which means any and every thing they want/need, they must go off-island to purchase. What a PITA, especially since their lot is at the far end of the island and there's only one exit bridge on the opposite side.

Ya' don't want to run out of vodka late on a sultry summer night, unless they deliver. Rich people problem.
