Does anyone know of any kind of timeline with the TX lawsuit?

I know its highly unlikely to even be heard by the court, but is there any kind of timeline that these things follow? I'm dying to see what happens and I wish I knew how long I could expect to wait.

AS soon as the justices finish lunch and compose themselves from laughing at the sheer stupidity of these petitions.

must respond by Thursday.

I expect it will be denied shortly after that, but we’ll see.

..Asking for a reply is standard.

When they reply is up to them. Asking for a state response in such a short time *may* indicate that SCOTUS will pull the plug pretty quickly. They've already seen a version of it in that PA case and I suspect they've read the lower federal court opinions that have been issued.
