Could 17 State AGs persuade the Supreme Court to rule against Biden?

...and the voters of this country?

It appears they may get the chance?

I suppose Ted Cruz will be leading them in their argument?

How much pressure can they put on the Court?

It should reassure you (and everyone)

17 states and Trump join Texas' lawsuit. It's still a doomed Supreme Court stunt.
When (not if) the Supreme Court slams the door on this contemptuous Texas case, the collateral damage will be to the reputation of the courts.

Either there's a legitimate legal argument or there isn't; and in this case there isn't, no matter how many craven GOP attorneys general join in the case.

SCOTUS is a lifetime appointment. What are they going to threaten with? What pressure can they really bring?

so 13 should probably be the number, but without the Senate (and with Manchin, we don't have the senate even if we win the two GA races), it's a non-starter anyway.
