to put it off until after Georgia senate races are over, like how they put off the ruling till after the election to begin with. Maybe to not piss off 55 percent and then have them vote.

The article title says Obamacare. The body says ACA.
We have known for 7 or 8 years that there were people who liked & appreciated their policy through the exchanges, but still disapproved of Obamacare. Propaganda rooted confusion around those two things being the same thing!
If this result was from a question using the word "Obamacare", it's big news.
If they used " Affordable Care Act", I question that the approval was ever that low.
