First, mail doesn't GO to the White House. It goes to a remote facility for a security scan. All Trump MIGHT get is a tally of mail that has come in, but his staff probably won't tell him how many came addressed to Biden.
Second, this doesn't "help" the Post Office. The value of a first class postage stamp isn't a profit making element in their business plan. At best it helps to cover basic costs.
All this is is feel-good symbolism as far as I can see.
