Dear Goddess, I need a drink! It's 5 o'clock somewhere, yes? Just spent the last half hour

listening to a synopsis of all the crazy conspiracy theories in one handy little package. I do this once in a while just to see how bad it is. Even as science fantasy, no good editor would ever pass this stuff. I gave up at the "aliens devouring human sacrifices in underground bunkers".

"Those who can get you to believe absurdities can get you to commit atrocities" (roughly).

...is because they're learning about conspiracy theories in school. Like Driver's education, we need our students learning the dangers of the information super highway

as well as required courses in civics and political science, not to mention a lot more social studies all around. Kids need to learn more about history and world events.

we were required to take four years of social studies and that included one semester of civics and one semester of political science. Even in grade school and junior high, we studied current events and lots of geography. How can people spend twelve plus years in school and know so little?

I remember we used to complain a lot about so many required courses, but now I'm grateful for the education I received.

The theories seem to move deeper in to the sunken place with each passing day. I am actually a bit concerned for our safety. My grandmother always tell me to take a chill pill or to drink some tea. However, she's also been expressing her concern.

It's not even halfway decent science fiction or fantasy. Even a zombie movie is more believable than the crap these people are buying.
