The Michigan Supreme Court REJECTS another Trump appeal.

"The application for leave to appeal the December 4, 2020 order of the Court of Appeals is considered, and it is DENIED, because we are not persuaded that the questions presented should be reviewed by this Court."

Too close for comfort and relied on a republican judge breaking ranks to do it. Should have never come down to that and been so close.

The good news is Michigan Supreme Court will have a Democratic majority following the recent election of Elizabeth Welch.

Just not sure when she gets seated?
