The media needs to stop putting Republican pundits and politicians on tv

Giving them a microphone gives them a credence of credibility. Especially when they go on tv and lie and give the same old talking points. The media presents them as people who just have different viewpoints... And it’s always a win win for them, they either get a soft interview without any pushback or and combative interview where they can claim ‘liberal’ media...

1. Most people are smart enough to weed out truth if they care.

If they don’t care — like most GOPers — trying to keep them off shows isn’t going to change anything.

Like you said, censorship — no matter how justified— just makes it look like bias. Now, talking heads who don’t at least roll their eyes or grunt in disagreement is another thing.
