Remember this: Once you tell a lie it is hard to keep track of what you said.

It is hard to tell the lie in the same way. Mitt is now caught.

He was forceful and in command last night, but he was forceful and commanding at lying. That is not a good position to be in for a candidate. If he were a normal person, it would be difficult to maintain that level of mendacity. But he is not a normal person.

His base doesn't care. They vote Republican even with a crappy lying candidate.

Obama's base will vote for Obama.

What will the undecideds think? How many undecideds are out there?

Where this campaign goes from here will be quite interesting.
