Wisconsin election cases

Does anyone know the difference between the Wisconsin Supreme case and the one that was thrown out with prejudice today at the Federal level? There are so many frivolous cases that it is hard to keep up.

Trump v. Wisconsin Elections Commission -- The one tossed by U.S. District Judge Brett Ludwig.

Trump v. Evers -- the one heard by Wisconsin Supreme Court today.
