Hillary is pretty much out of the picture. Dr. Biden is not a polarizing figure, so they will go after her title and her education...both things that resonate that hatred with the base.

My daughter is a DOCTOR. A doctor of nursing and a vital member of a team at a major hospital system that implements and monitors patient safety.
