Chief security officer just had his leg amputated bc of COVID & his family had go to GoFundMe to pay

Bailey’s friends have raised more than $30,000 for his rehabilitation through a GoFundMe account. The White House declined to say whether Trump has contributed to the effort.

“Crede beat COVID-19 but it came at a significant cost: his big toe on his left foot as well as his right foot and lower leg had to be amputated,” Dawn McCrobie, who organized the GoFundMe effort for Bailey, wrote Dec. 7.

There is no reason for this to happen in America. Especially to WH employees.

Didn't he get the million dollar treatment that tRump, Ghouliani, and Christie got so they could claim it is just the flu?

Does Bailey still call it a hoax? (assuming he toed tRump line in White House)

Dr. Eric Feigl-Ding said:

I feel for the man. Bailey is not a political appointee of Trump. He’s just a career staffer who is the head of security. He doesn’t deserve this. Nobody does. But especially not him.

He's the superspreader that probably infected Bailey from the start, and responsible for the whole mess

It's shameful a government employee has to go begging, especially considering being around Trump most likely gave it to him.

We all have choices to make in life. He made a poor one, it happens. I have no charity in my heart for anyone who intentionally worked to support the Trump Presidency in any capacity.

If you think that you have all of the answers and other opinions don't matter, and who ever disagrees with you shouldn't be here? That sounds rather undemocratic to me.....

People are responsible for their own on the job safety. I have been to dozens of safety classes in my life, where that is constantly drilled.... I quit a good paying job because the company would not follow OSHA regulations, putting my health and safety at risk in order to save them money. It cost me a pile of money, but I emerged with my health intact. It was a personal choice. The "victim" had the same option. It was apparently more important for him to keep his job than to protect his health. He had every right to make that call.

Now I have made my point, I have clarified my point, so I am done here.
