He’s won so many times, we’re running low on celebratory libations.
I’m probably just going to have a little glass of wine with dinner, as usual, and later a cup of chamomile or peppermint tea.

Very nice Sonoma County wine we bought several years ago at their winery in Healdsburg. I only have a couple of bottles left.

We opened the bottle last night and had it with dinner. I made a beef cheek meat dish last night and wanted a nice, smooth, yet bold vino to go with it. Great pairing, and it also went very well with the chocolate eggnog pie my wife had made.

We'll finish it off tonight

I work second shift at the Red Cross. Normally things are pretty quiet, and my co-worker (also a liberal) and I just read the news. Most of our conversations are, "Hey, did you see this happened in the world of politics?" "Yep, just got done hearing about that."
