Let's talk about meaningful stimulus checks, not the 600 number I'm hearing thrown about.

off UI and have us all drowning in weeks. Boy howdy, not really looking at the reality for many of us and the privileged employed. wOW... That this is cheered. Wow. I say as I sit here in anticipation of nothing, in a weeks time and anxiously waiting for something to be done.

wow... as I consider what customer service job I can get, in the winter, with covid spike as an old person at risk.

Just wow.

from now. Not able to pay rent or heat or food and kicked out on the street. And the two I her is Sanders and AOC saying meh... not going to vote for it while claiming to be on my side. wow.

They are democrats for the people. Well, one anyway but both proclaim to protect us. I am really flabbergasted that they would be saying this out loud to us, every time the momentum builds to get this UI extension, we her Sanders and now AOC throwing cold water on it. What am I suppose to think, but they are not on my side.

were being included in the compromise bill? Not very brave. The news was reporting it all day.

It’s not enough, but it’s better than nothing, and as Biden said, we’re looking at a “down payment.”
