Eric Trump signed an $11.2 million mortgage as president of 1125 South Ocean LLC, according to a document filed Thursday with the Palm Beach County Clerk’s office. Donald Trump Jr. is listed in business records as vice president of that limited liability company, which is registered in Delaware.

The lender named on the 30-year mortgage, dated Thursday, is Professional Bank.
