He sublet my apt for 6 months while he was studying at Juilliard. My landlord tried to evict me, called the sheriff (who was putting my stuff in boxes) and Brad returned with a stay of the eviction from city hall. I was across the country in SF and he saved my butt. Forever in his debt and am a big fan.
