Those "customers" walked in with an attitude, they were already taking a video of the confrontation before they were asked to put on their masks.

I was in a supermarket just this morning, an assistant manager was walking around the store without a mask (it was around his neck) rearranging food on the shelves, his face inches away from packaged food!

In the past I advised the owner that some of his employees weren't wearing their masks properly (mostly leaving their noses uncovered) This time I sent them a scathing message about this today and told them that after 20 years of shopping there I won't go in their store again until they advise me that they've addressed the situation and it won't happen again. I also had the brains this time to take a photograph and will send it to them if they give me an email address (I was only able to file the complaint on their "contact" section of their website)
