I'm not a lawyer but I've read here by folks who seem to know there's this rule which should have been invoked a little while back.
we have a whole month to endure this insanity, maybe even longer. ugh.
But at least the rulings have so far been rational to the extent they keep losing. Thanks for bringing this latest one to our attention.
