They have got a call from the VA apparently. Telling them they are taking appointments for those that want to take the vaccine. Those around me are at high risk.

I have also been told by my doctor that my shot will be ready in Three weeks. That is because I'm high risk and I'm homeless, so that moves me up the list. I'm looking at it as my Christmas Gift!

I am lucky to have them in my corner. My general practitioner has even been talking to HUD to make sure that the apartment is ADA compliant.

But believe it or not , HUD and my team at Banner+ Codac got me stuff ready to go.

That is why it is taking some time. First is making sure it is acceptable for me like the bathroom and the kitchen. Then they move in the furniture ( they put a lot of my old stuff in storage for me after the last place messed up. I didn't know they did till a couple of weeks ago)

Then Codac told me they have me stuff like towels, wash clothes and all the stuff I need for washing up. They even have two of those 16 packs of TP just waiting for me to tell them when I'm ready.

After I get housed and My SSI going, then what? I'm as useful as a lump on a log. Can't type like I use to, barely see, can't move around much either.

And my doctors can see me face to face safely. That's what got them excited.

24. There are so many out there like LFR...

...if not already homeless, just a breath away from it. And some of the ones who do have homes are barely housed at all, floors falling in, buckets around every room to catch the rain, no heating system other than the stovetops, filling the house with gas fumes. One of these days I fear they'll be blown to smithereens or gassed to death. You see lots of poverty in town, but lord, out in the rural areas, it's bad too. This is an obscenity in the name of freedom and democracy!

29. I know that at the start of the pandemic many of the homeless.

Packed up and headed to the desert for safety. Many outreach organizations have been hunting for them to make sure they are doing okay and see if they want to get relocated to one of the hotels and motels that is being used to help.

Then you see the lines of people at the DES office, HUD and at the food banks growing.

People with jobs that aren't enough to keep them and their families afloat. Many have two or three jobs are now having to live on one that has become a part time job due to the Pandemic.

I've got a front row seat to the pain that has been caused because of the waiting to take action. I place the whole thing on tRump. When you look at other countries and then at us.....

Yup, tRump and the republicans. This is their legacy. Now Biden and the Democrats has to find a way to clean up their mess.
