This is third level moron stuff. Why on earth didn't you do the payout before the election?
It’s not your money. Hell, your debt record is already a disaster. Mitch convinced you not to because he wanted to scorch the earth. Like a moron you fell for it. Now just when everyone is breathing a sigh of relief you pull this crap? Good grief.

He’s grandstanding and it just turned out to screw Mitch because Pelosi’s calling for a vote on it.

The hard work done, and like a blister, Trump comes sailing in to play Captain Hindsight and demand moar monee! It's a transparent, cynical ploy that fools only the most credulous observers. What's that fellow's name? Smerconish? Yep, top kick in the Credulous Brigade.

He is putting distance between himself and those like McConnell who have moved against him in recent days. "Fiscal conservatives" expressing concern about the deficit will not do well against Trump with many Republican voters on this particular issue.
