What leverage can Biden employ

to get Trump to behave for 30 days?

Can he threaten a Special Prosecutor on Day One?

Can he release an unredacted Mueller report Day One?

Can he rehire the Mueller team to finish the job Barr pulled them off of, no longer POTUS , prosecutors can pursue Trump after Day One.

Can he release Trump's tax returns on Day One.

Can he order surveillance on Trump as a national security risk on Day One?

What else?

Trump is behaving the way he is because he's trying to hold on to power in order to prevent any of these consequences from occurring.

Threatening to do the very things he knows he would do in a heartbeat if positions were reversed will only motivate him to wreak more havoc if he thinks it will motivate his posse to jump into action.

The only thing that might work would be some sort of iron-clad non-prosecution deal with NY + a federal pardon.
