Via Mediaite, James told SiriusXM host Dean Obeidallah this week that the president deserves to be roundly condemned for hosting a summit at the White House this week that included former national security adviser Mike Flynn, who has been openly advocating for the president to declare martial law to remain in power.

"The reality is is that this is an act of sedition," she said. "This president is engaging in illegality, and the fact that he would even consider martial law is an affront to our values, and to the Constitution."

"It's fundraising," she said. "That's all that this is. Fundraising. And that's all that he cares about. He's in the White House, and he stews on the fact that he's a loser, and he lost this election, and unfortunately he's finding it hard to accept. He lost."

is that it is only her that is saying it! Come on, this is a NATIONAL ISSUE - it shouldn't depend on a regional/State Attorney General to raise the issue. The ENTIRE DEMOCRATIC PARTY should be pounding on the doors of the Justice Department demanding that action be taken (yeah, yeah, I know......... It's BarrBarrHut on the other side of the door......).

its a civil lawsuit. She cant drag Trump to prison on that. It will be litigated for years. Now, of course if she finds criminal stuff she could refer it to the incoming just department.

And yes, it will be litigated for years, but there's a big difference between a sitting president using the justice department to block lawsuits and a private citizen doing the same. He'll do everything he can to deflect and delay, I know that, he'll just do it without the freedom he's enjoyed for the last four years.

about Letitia James. Attach all the Dumpy properties. Get the back taxes, interest, and penalties paid. Put them on an allowance and leave it at that. Then, let the DA Vance get hold of them.
