(16,470 posts)They just havent scanned them in yet. In worst case, If votes are lost or delayed, the Archivist may take extraordinary measures to retrieve duplicate originals.

If that's true, then only Wisconsin's electoral votes can be challenged in the joint session on Jan 6.
As for New Hampshire, perhaps the National Archives has not received the paperwork yet for some unknown reason.

(4,392 posts)This isnt the safe harbor deadline, this is the deadline in which the states have to get the electoral votes that were casted on Dec 14 to the National Archives and President of the senate

Stacey Abrams is an elector from Georgia.
