I Actually Saw A Republican Poster Urging Employers To Fire Workers To Jack Up The Unemployment Rate

So that it would undermine President Obama's reelection prospects.

It had something to do with the law that employers in corporations with more than a certain amount of employees must send mass layoff notices sixty days in advance of the actual layoffs.
