If rightwing crazies start bombing stuff, the people that voted against our candidates because they were labeled with the “defund the police” awful phraseology, will swing very hard back toward democrats. The middle of America is vast, people hate to admit that, especially if they are near one of the extreme ends, but when conservative-moderate to left-moderate and left people vote as one, the numbers are unbeatable.

but you've never smelled anything as bad as a huge chicken-coop on a hot August day. The overpowering stench of ammonia will literally knock you on your ass. Our high school was directly across the road from a pig farm, and I haven't smelled a chicken-coop since I was 16. I'm 71 now, and I can still recall the overpowering stench of those chickens. The pigs were like smelling roses in comparison. I guess everyone's noses are different.

I remember passing a small pig farm when we travelled in Ohio. Whew! My daughter has a small flock of chickens, but she is good about keeping them and their coop clean. I smell a certain odor from them, but very faintly. The worst thing I smell is when the farms around my daughter's home put liquified manure on the fields every spring. Ugh. Whatever is the worst is what I hope impeached traitor gets!

Field Station Berlin had so many computers we had to run the air conditioning system full blast 365 days a year. The building is on a mountain in Germany, so it’s cold outside and was worse inside.

I always worked Christmas, and the last battalion commander we had was a super guy who’d come up on holidays to talk to us. Everyone liked him. Anyway, I’m walking through the security gate and there stood the colonel, who was kidding around and said, “Sergeant, you know if you’re bad you get coal for Christmas.” I told him he shouldn’t remind people of that because, as cold as it was in the workspace, way too many people would try to find out how bad you needed to be to get coal. He enjoyed that comment greatly.

Every nasty tweet inspires some of his mindless followers to send more money. Thats all he has ever been about, a transaction. I'm sure his PAC manager tracks which topics get the more donations. He simply recycles the subject matter periodically to spur more donations. The $2000 fake check tweet probably brought in millions alone.

As long as there are dummies willing to sign up for Trump U, Trump fake charity that was disbanded, and now Trump super PAC, the money will flow and flow.

And yet he is a hero to a shrinking segment of our Nation....but lots of them are armed to the teeth.

Again if I had to blame anyone for where we are now it is Ronald Reagan, he amplified the conditions that enabled this.

The truth is there are structural issues as well like the hit or miss way Supreme Court Judges are picked, the Electoral College, the way we apportion Senators, etc The whole setup favors Republicans and makes it an uphill climb for Democrats.

It is rarely discussed but Chris Hayes taped a one hour discussion on that I think two days ago. It discussed the moves that would level the field.
