My assumption is that from the moment I leave my house, I’m on camera. I am certain that I can be traced continuously if TPTB wanted to with almost no effort. A vehicle like this stands out on cameras of all types. They probably know it’s exact route to the site.

In the story, there's a secret government super-duper computer that can tap into all of our electronics and surveillance cameras to manipulate the plot and characters. It's quite good with terrific twists and turns in the story.

After seeing this 2008 thriller (starring a normal Shia LeBouef), I've always felt as you describe: We're all being photographed all the time. Most public spaces and many private ones have cameras and other equipment to keep guard. Little by little, we've sacrificed our privacy.

want credit for what they've done and they foreshadow it on social media somewhere. I'm beginning to think the "shots fired" was so that somebody could see and appreciate their work before the bomb exploded. "Hey, somebody come and see what I've done before this baby blows."

Also, we have the rumor about human remains possibly being discovered. There's the possibility that this was a grandiose suicide. Let's see, too, if the person/s responsible left a "manifesto".

She said the shots woke her up. She said there were three sets of shots, or what sounded like gunfire. After the second set, she called police. Otherwise she would not have heard the recording of the bomb countdown.

It would be an extremely thorough undertaking to completely file down and eliminate all the identifying numbers on all the parts in that vehicle.

The cops/FBI probably had a complete history of who had bought and sold that thing by the end of the day.

to make an ID, especially if they can get any serial numbers from the remains of the RV. Given the recent threats by white supremacist groups to attack power grids in the south, that's what my bet would be on.

Identifying the make and model of the vehicle from the photos and/or debris will be a good start in tracing ownership. Using an RV instead of a box truck or van probably wasn't a great way to obscure their identity. Production runs of RVs are considerably lower than commercial trucks. Much lower number of leads to follow.

They know who made the fucking thing, when it was made, the last oil change, and who rented and drove it. Count on it.

In the OKC bombing, they found the truck VIN on both the axle & the differential casing.
That's a minimum of three places where the vin is etched. I couldn't even guess how many more parts are stamped with it!
In OKC, they had the truck VIN in 30 hours. And, that was clearly a bigger bomb than this one.

Sat Dec 26, 2020, 02:56 PM
Dec 2020

I sold a couple vehicles in CA & IIRC I just had to fill out the back of the title, "signing it over" to the buyer, & hand it to them. It was then the buyer's responsibility to take it to the DMV & have the title transferred into their name. The license plates stay with the vehicle.

I always thought that if someone wanted to commit a crime with a vehicle they could buy a cheap one with cash using a fake name & address (a private seller isn't going to verify it), take the title in hand, but just not go to the DMV & have it transferred. Destroy the title, commit the crime, & abandon the vehicle. There would not be any official record of the new owner/buyer anywhere.

That should have been trumpets immediately.
My embarrassing dad, living in Georgia, who is NOT a racist, cause he knows a few, immediately drew the conclusion it was BLM trying to kill police.
He at least now has left the trump bandwagon because of Covid, but claims he did some good early on. I tried to explain the importance of the Georgia election, and he says we can never have one party with all the power. I told him McConnell has had all the power the last 10 years, 2 years after Obama lost senate in midterms. He said, I don’t know who that is, don’t wanna get that deep in it. Has no idea how bills are passed and the 4 branches.
Said he saw the black preacher on TV saying he hates America, also says Ossoff looks gay. So this is what we are banking our country’s democracy on. Georgia.
He lives on $1,000 a month SS, Medicare and Medicare. Hates Socialism.
He believes Polosi is stopping payment help and Trump paid for the $1200 first check.
God is blessing Murrkkka.
My youngest brother, he and his wife adopted a mixed race baby 15 years ago. Black and white, yet he is strict republican born again, and IS racist. Supports white every KKKlan. Lies about massive income from his cabinet business to get extremely cheap Obama care, he and wife have serious pre-existing. Hates Obama, and lied to get $30,000 small business loan. Bought a new truck.
Long story close, I loved staying home in WNC without family. I did miss my daughter that worked 3 straight 12 hour night shifts in ICU in Asheville hospital. Wednesday, Thursday and Christmas night. Risked herself to get there with treacherous roads and temps.
Anyway, happy Holidays to all at DU and may Science bless and protect you.
We can’t choose family, but the pandemic gives me. Reason not to deal with them in person.

https://www.tennessean.com/story/news/crime/2020/12/26/nashville-explosion-downtown-rv-christmas-things-to-know/4046727001/

A person of interest has been identified in connection with the Christmas day explosion in Nashville, a law enforcement source confirmed Saturday. No arrests have been made.

Authorities with the FBI, ATF and the Metro Nashville Police Department converged in the 100 block of Bakertown Road in Antioch just after noon on Saturday.

“Information developed during the course of the investigation led us to this address,” said Darrell DeBusk, an FBI public affairs officer.

Details of motives are not known. Officials declined to comment on the activity in Antioch and the person of interest during an afternoon briefing.

"I am fairly confident we'll be able to identify an individual or ascertain what has occurred. We've just been taking some time," said Douglas Korneski, special agent in charge of the Memphis Field Office.

Obviously didn't learn that Timothy McVeigh was caught, when the FBI traced the vin # on the rear axle. Vehicles today have several vin numbers. There's 1 on the car dash, one on the engine, one on each axle, probably 1 on the air conditioner, and who knows where else.
