being thanked for volunteering to be frontline COVID workers and handed a mop.

For the duration.

Those administering or diverting the shipments should lose any State level professional licensing or certifications. As well as, being exposed to civil penalties.

What ever happened to bonds?

I'll bet you the most punishment will be given to the facility doing the diverting, not the people paying the big bucks for the contraband black market vaccine.

These vaccines are being funneled to some of the same communities that thumbed their noses at public health measures and produced some of the biggest outbreaks. Ain't that just the way it goes?
