19,382,025 / 330,753,580 = 5.86% = about 1 in 17.

will probably give all the anti-mask wearing assholes even less incentive to wear masks. They are so fucking dumb that they'll think their chances of anything happening to them is 1 in 1000, so why bother taking any precautions. Stupid morons.
