I can see my rep being one of them. An R, but vocal critic of the fraud.
Fiscal responsibility (blah, blah) probably made him want to vote no, but he was unlikely to let the trump enablers win.
He's in public conflict with a few Rs in the House.
If nothing else, he's pretty tough and he wasn't going to be pressured into a no.
Just speculation. I couldn't find an actual roll call of the vote.

I live in conservative district only one in Oregon. I bet he voted no, he is retiring so wouldn't care.

Unfortunately, his district is competitive enough that keeping even a lousy Democrat like Schrader in office is preferable to whatever candidate the Fifth District Republicans might urp up. I'd like to see Fifth District Democrats do better, though.

McTurtle's lap. How he's got to get it passed or risk losing the Georgia run-offs in 8 days, where the repugnant republican candidates have both vigorously pushed for the $600 checks instead of the $2000 checks.
