Sooo...Al Gore could have named himself President in 2000?

That is essentially what Louie Ghormert’s suit is saying....I don’t know why I always get nervous when these frivolous lawsuits are filed, but you never know when a right wing judge with no principles (i.e 3 Wisconsin Supreme Court judges, one Michigan state canvasser, 126 Republican congressman) will finally side in Trump’s favor.

Biden's EC is just as good as Trump's was in 2016. Even the EC vote total spread is about the same as Trump who has to flip three states just like Clinton. Not to mention the fact that 7 million more people voted for Biden.

The 2000 Florida election was tainted because of the inability to register the intended vote, and the inaccuracies from being tainted led to the vote total being swung in the wrong direction. The numbers are so much higher here, and it is three states.

Simply watching Trump trying to be a Putin or a Kim Jong-Un is fucking disgusting to me. He wants that power, and is trying to get it.

Yeah, he has been stopped, but who is the next asshole that comes along?

*wavy, dream sequence indicators*

When I consider the point at which we could have changed course and made things right, I vacillate between holding Nixon responsible for his crimes, and the 2000 (actual, real) steal. Where would we be now, as a country, if Al Gore had assumed his place as President of these United States?

Pence can’t do squat unless 50 senators vote for him and Orange and that’s not going to happen.
