Let's make this very, freaking, clear, there are 53 Republicans in the Senate who will not under any circumstances allow cloture on votes if McConnell deems it. McConnell is their cover but it is not McConnell alone. If they were not so lock step, if they were not cowards, if they were not just as culpable as McConnell we wouldn't be talking about Moscow Mitch.

Mitch is their cover for their incompetence, their uselessness, their dereliction of duty.

If we lose GA, and it's looking like we will in my opinion, we need to spend the next 2 fucking years pointing out their utter degeneracy, their utter throwing out of all conventions, their absolute abuse of the Senate and its norms. 1. McConnell is totally blocking as HE controls what bills have votes or not

this is a political decision and McConnell knows he is screwed no matter what happens or not. Placing GOP senators on the record is what he wants to avoid
