Biden: 100 Million Vaccines in 100 Days.

The gating issue will be vaccine availability vs. the concentrated federal manpower to make it happen. The difference between a Trump Preidency vs. Biden's Presidency will be an awesome display of how we prove, once again, which Party fixes Republican incompetence and pushes the progress forward.

This should have been invoked months ago for vaccine production. Trump had no problem invoking it for things like meat production plants, but not for PPE and vaccine production. We need to invoke it, and Biden has promised to do it. Why won’t the current occupant of the White House do it?
