3. In cuffs and car searched for wide right turn
Not to mention obstructing the roadway by standing on the sidewalk. Maced when being arrested with no opportunity to comply to an unlawful arrest.
Too bad the Keller City Council session was closed. I sure would have like to be a fly on the wall during that meeting. |
