23. I believe that if you make more than a certain amount you do not get the full $600.

It is based on your 2019 tax return. I did not get the full amount earlier and will not get the full amount now.

If it was based on my 2018 or upcoming 2020 I would but had capital gains in 2019.

Once a person is over $75,000 individually or $150,000 for a couple, the amount starts to drop. I guess I have not been keeping track of the logistics.

The first stimulus check that I totally missed out on was Bushs' $300. I got President Obama's Social Security tax reduction, but donated the full amount to charity. I am philosophically ok with people getting something that I don't, if they can make use of it.

Just found out the specifics - $600 if your annual income is $75,000 or less, and nothing at all if you make over $87,000.

you’re entitled to both checks and should have received the first check months ago. You should make some noise with the IRS and see what’s going on.

relief check can be claimed, if owed, but not received. I’m not sure when the second one can be claimed.

You should make a call to the IRS about not receiving your $1200. You should have received it months ago, something definitely went wrong!
