Miya Ponsetto, the woman the NYPD is seeking for allegedly falsely accusing the teen son of jazz trumpeter Keyon Harrold of stealing her missing iPhone has been found by the Post — and she’s not only defensive, but apparently hungry, too.

“I don’t know what the problem is here,” the 22-year-old tells our lensman during a fast-food run near her mother’s home in Piru, California, on Friday.

Exclusive video shows the 22-year-old walking out of a McDonald’s and into the parking lot, dressed in all black and wearing a face shield while carrying a drink and a bag of food.

I know there are exceptions, but in the case of this woman, I think it's safe to assume she was just thumbing her nose at the face mask thing.

She was wearing the face shield alone, with no mask, which really only offers a bit of protection for her own selfish self. She obviously doesn't care much about others.

Here in Colorado we have a mask mandate. Face shields alone don't cut it.

Other Types of Face Protection

Face shields and goggles are primarily used to protect the eyes of the person wearing it. Goggles do not cover the nose and mouth. Face shields have large gaps below and alongside the face, where your respiratory droplets may escape and reach others around you. At this time, we do not know how much protection a face shield provides to people around you. However, wearing a mask may not be feasible in every situation for some people.

Dr. Fauci advised people who decided to fly over the Thanksgiving holiday to wear both a mask and a shield, and if I had flown, for whatever reason, I certainly would have done that.

It would have had to have been an unimaginable emergency for me to get on a plane.

Notice how she doesn't break stride or really react at all when a strange man runs up on her with a camera. She totally knew he was coming. She either tipped off "VideoMixtape" that she would be at that McDonalds, or--more likely--a friend posed as a paparazzo and submitted the video. It's not like TMZ found her. It's a YouTube channel that gets relatively few views.

If the person has a pending case in another state, it will show up on their next court date, and the person is usually held in jail until an extradition hearing can occur.
