Seriously: What if we all sued DJT and made him hire lawyers to appear all over the country?

I'm being totally serious. Could every blue county scrape together the $$ to file, making him appear everywhere all at once?

Why couldn't that happen????

Tie him up in court until he dies. That's what he's done to other people for decades.

Maybe a really good class action suit? Say, for his criminal malfeasance in his handling of the Corona Virus?

How about 350,000 separate lawsuits.

I think that is the point.

Then there is all the other stuff.

Sue his useless ass.

The courts would not be happy about a flood of specious suits by plaintiffs who have no more standing than did the Trump plaintiffs over the last two months.

11. I'm guessing something along the lines of negligent homicide.

Or perhaps gross negligence. Extreme reckless disregard? Failing to discharge his duties as set forth in his oath of office leading to the deaths of (an individual) or whatever the actual total of dead Americans is?

American citizens who lost family members to COVID after a certain date would presumably have legal standing to sue him for his flagrantly incompetent handling of COVID. Especially considering that Feb 7 taped conversation between Trump and Woodward in which Trump admitted this virus was five times more lethal than the flu and airborne, and affected children too. He could never plead ignorance. At least it would put him on the spot to explain why he knowingly told so many lies and deterred people from wearing masks, and encouraged people to disregard CDC guidelines, etc...

13. Negligent Homicide sounds good to me. I know I'd love to see NY go after him for it.

They left us out to fucking dry in the Spring. Not only him but his entire cadre of garbage AND their enablers/voters. They were all for letting us die like fucking dogs in the street. I will never forget it...... NEVER.
