Livetweets from someone in the courtroom in the Trump Georgia thing.

From the sound of things, Trump's lawyers are having as good a morning as they could rationally hope. They have yet to be sanctioned and they haven't been literally eviscerated.

But they sure ain't winning.

Judge Cohen is going off on them for waiting until after the certification and audit.

And they have in fact lost. I'll keep an eye out for the order.

Trump's team now has *checks calendar* ummm *checks watch* just under 26 hours to try and get the 11th to reverse. Assuming they can *FIND* the 11th, which is far from a safe assumption.

Once States have certified the vote. Why? A court does not have the authority to "de-certify" a vote count. Its not within a courts jurisdiction. The court can issue an "order", but that doesn't change anything. The Supervisor of Elections and Secretary of State still have almost all authority. Could a court halt a certification? Certainly. Undo it without agreement from State officials? Nope.
