Were the the two corrupt hacks from GA sworn in Sunday? If the winners cannot be declared that

Loefler can but not Purdue. Purdue's 6 year term that he was elected to ended last weekend. I believe Loeffler is still in until a new person is elected to continue the 6 year term that doesn't end till 2022.
