OK here is a question, Can Trump be Impeached say next week

Trump can be tried at any point after leaving office if sufficient evidence exists to indict him. An Impeachment provides no legal basis for such charges.

And it's irrelevant because Trump won't be Convicted in the "new Senate". Conviction requires a 2/3 vote of the chamber.

While there's a huge mess to clean up, we shouldn't ignore the opportunities afforded us by controlling the presidency and both houses of Congress. Fuck bipartisanship. Biden may be the president of all the people, but Congress belongs to the Democratic Party, and we should act like it.
