3. We got Merrick Garland, who is an excellent choice.

Hillary hasn't practiced law in decades and never did federal criminal stuff at all. She's far less qualified for that job than any of the people on Biden's short list.

6. I like that choice as well.

Now President Biden will need to wash his hands of anything to do with investigations and let Garland go do his job. Let our justice system work freely and independently as the Constitution intended.

If Trump were to be convicted of any crimes, he should be able to avoid prison only on the condition that he go on the air and admit to his followers how he lied to them.
