VP Pence has also released a statement per CNN that he would NOT interfere with the electoral votes, and has stated he doesn't have the authority
He just threw trump under the bus, by that statement which is the right thing to do

Especially once they get past NV, at which point the remaining "swing" states (PA, WI) aren't enough to avoid Biden getting 270.

(17,580 posts)8 states, then about an hour ago, I heard 3 states. I'll bet they challenge 1, have their individual discussions/votes, the Rs make their statements, then it will fizzle out.
