Rep. Adam Kinzinger (R-Ill.) called the Trump supporters' breach of the Capitol "a coup attempt."

More than an hour after protesters breached barricades the Capitol, Trump tweeted for them to "Stay peaceful!"

Trump has repeatedly urged this revolt, pushing people to fight back against his election loss, and said earlier today he would march with supporters to the Capitol to protest, before he was taken safely back to the White House in his motorcade.
