We have a huge, I think, “moth ball fleet” of old Navy ships we can use as floating prisons, get some non-complicit genuine American prison guards to keep the traitors shackled and manacled, feed them prison gruel, set sail beyond the horizon and moor there so these bastards could never see the country again.

House members have a Constitutional role in certifying the Electoral College vote and under House rules have the right to object to EV certification. They also have a First Amendment right to opine on a Court case. Unless you can point to direct incitement, this is just symbolism.
