28,441 more than the Loser. He is beyond the recount, also, at 50.3% vs 49.7%.

still about 15-20,000 overseas votes outstanding if Kornacki was right. Ossoff should get 70-80% of those, too.

doesn't mean all 20,000 will arrive by tomorrow.
Very few might arrive, if any.
