Oh my god - Jake Tapper is interviewing the mayor, she is just horrible. She won't answer any questions. To Jake's credit, he asked whether she thought BLM would have been able to breach the capitol the way this group had. Crickets.

At least not for this. If an MPD officer saw someone shoot someone else on the grounds of the Capitol, of course he could do nothing about. But once you're on federal territory, the MPD does not have at least a primary jurisdiction.
