New Years resolution was a sober January

After todays event I think we all need a drink.

Start again tomorrow. Last year has been a little stressful.

1. I went out and bought a bottle of wine and pack of cigs. Quit Nov 10

6. Throw the cigs away.

Smoking is so far and away the worst thing you can do to yourself.

Drinking to excess isn't good, but drinking some is just fine.
